FAQ - Pairing to a stereo player
Q I can pair with my mobile phone but I can't pair with my Bluetooth stereo player. What am I doing wrong?
A Try switching off your mobile phone before attempting to pair with your stereo player. When you've paired with your player then Music Speaker should remember both pairings.

FAQ - Music stops playing
Q Music stops playing when Talk Button is clicked. Why?
A

The Talk Button causes Music Speaker to try to connect to your mobile phone. Only press the Talk Button if Music Speaker is paired with an active mobile phone

To get music back again try pressing and holding the Talk Button until you hear the beep then release the Talk Button. This should restart music play.

FAQ - Output volume low on Music Speaker
Q Output volume is low on Music Speaker despite volume control being at its highest setting when playing music. Why?
A

1) Please check Bluetooth connection mode is A2DP (audio sink) and not headset or handsfree mode

2) If music streaming from PC or notebook please check audio settings in control panel

3) Battery needs charged.

Q Music breaks up or is intermittent Why?
A

1) Check operating distance between Music Speaker and connecting device

2)Try repairing the Music Speaker with the connecting device
